In a time honoured tradition, up to 200 officers and sailors from training establishment HMAS Penguin marched through Mosman to exercise their Freedom of Entry to the city. The parade was held in celebration of HMAS Penguin's 75th anniversary year and the official opening of the biennial Festival of Mosman. HMAS Penguin has a long and proud history of engagement with Mosman and has become a significant part of the areas identity and history since its establishment at Balmoral in 1942.
